Dynamic Concepts Ltd (DCL) is a wholly Zambian owned Consulting firm which is focused on developing companies and organizations, through the development of the individuals who make up those organizations, starting from Board level, Senior Management level, through to the rank and file. DCL has been operating for 22 years and is now fully established as Zambia’s foremost consulting firm in the fields of Corporate Governance Consulting, Strategic Management and Leadership Development. DCL was incorporated in Zambia in August, 1999 and has developed a wide client base both in the public sector and the private sector of Zambia as well as the Southern African region, generally.

Dynamic Concepts Limited is a private company owned and operated by Zambian shareholders and is governed by a Board of Directors, who are appointed by shareholders.

Our primary objective going forward is to increase DCL’s footprint, in the field of Corporate Governance and Management Consulting, in Zambia and the Southern African Region generally Our offices are located in a serene and tranquil surrounding at plot 11289 Central Street, Chudleigh, Lusaka, near the University of Zambia.
